Discharge Process

Discharge inks are definitely one of the most popular processes in todays printing market. The process of discharging on cotton tees removes the dye in the shirt and replaces it with your desired color. Because the pigment is being removed in the t-shirt there's no need for white underbase ink. This process gives you a virtually "no feel" print. Here's a couple shots of the ink before its cured, after it's cured, and a close-up where you can see there's no ink on the surface of the shirt.

Grayscale Process Print

Here's an up close shot of a two color grayscale process print we did. (We don't condone cats.)

Francky Trofort

My first pitch for a tee would have been "Francky Says Relax" but in the name of professionalism this is what we ended up with.

Rivers of Steel

Here's a four color simulated process print we did for Rivers of Steel. They're on super soft American Apparel Tri-blend tees.

Music From Another Room

Check out the tees we did for Music From Another Room's cd release show. We used white and yellow discharge inks on the tees which gives em a super nice soft feel.
